Everyone was polite and professional. The facilities were truly first class.
Upscale property, with fairly large and well-appointed rooms. Spacious bathroom and closet. Fine linens. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. In the guest area that has the ice machine, there are milk and cookies every night, and a selection of snacks all the time. The inn doesn't have a bar in its restaurant, but there are options in the (walkable) vicinity for that.
Enjoyed it. Will definitely come back.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, spacious and quiet.
I was so excited about finding a nice property when visiting my AU student but when we came to check in we found we were not in this property but a block and a half away that did not have access to hotel amenities unless we walked a block and a half away. Parking was also a challenge as the road leading to it was a one way and there was construction blocking another road. We were close to a restaurant so we were able to use that but they should make better preparations for their guest, better train their staff to assist these guest, and tell guest up front if they are not in the actual hotel property. This was not an inexpensive alternative and I didn't find the small room and bathroom worth the cost. The quality of some of the property was nice but like a promise of a good hotel instead of the actual delivery. It was cold rain so the direction to drag our bags a block and a half was strange. Both my daughter and I heard the direction to the Plaza rooms and 20min later we still hadn't found it with the map she gave us. We were not told the construction blocked road to parking. There is promise of a decent property here but they need to hone their skills on the disjointed property if they want people to be repeat customers.
The room was nicely decorated, ample closet space, bed comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size. The dining area was warm and inviting too.

Loved our stay here but was really disappointed that our bathtub drain was broken and did not work. It was too late to switch rooms or anything which was a little disappointing but overall a great room at a very nice hotel.
