PERFECT . WOULD PICK THE SAME HOTEL IF I GO BACK TO ROTTERDAM

Very nice Hotel with great service

Staff very friendly, bed not very good

Isabel was very caring and attentive. The little things that makes all the difference. Well deserving the #1 rating. Just to be fare, the 3rd floor attic room we had is not really suited for 6’ and above tall people (I banged my head at the exposed beams twice during the night).

I was assigned to Room 3. I beautiful bed was in the loft, as well as, the telephone. Due to my bad knees I could not negotiate the staircase. So I pulled out the sofa/bed, brought down pillows from the bed and a comforter was brought to my room by a young female employee. Breakfasts were exceptional and wonderfully filling. It’s a 20 minute walk to and from the Wilheminaplein Metro — a bit of a challenge for me. For my birthday Karen made reservations for a river taxi and dinner at ZeeZout. The evening was exceptional. Dining options surrounding the hotel are sparse. The side of the tub is unusually high making it a bit difficult when taking a shower.

Stayed for one night at the Pincoffs and would love to have stayed longer. From the greeting as I arrived to the thank you as I left, everything was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the bathroom immaculate and well stocked, and the breakfast healthy and freshly prepared. All in all, it was precisely what I had hoped for!

One day before my check in date I received an email reminding me of my imminent stay, so I wrote back giving them my time of arrival and I added that I would appreciate it if, and subject to availability, would be upgraded. Lo and behold an hour later they wrote me back confirming that indeed I was upgraded to a suite. Now if that is not great customer service, I don’t know what is. This is my fourth stay in the past three months. The hotel itself is conveniently situated, small boutique luxurious with fantastic and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to be helpful. So yes I’d you are in Rotterdam, Pincoffs is the place

The room was very comfortable and spacious and had lots of character

We stayed here only one night, and really enjoyed it. The bed was nice, the room was quiet, it had a nice walk-in shower, restaurants in walking distance for lunch, staff called us a water taxi to take us to dinner, we came back and had an after-dinner drink at the hotel bar, and had a good breakfast the next morning. Excellent comfort and service all around, we would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful old building, well situated and with amazing service. Do have a drink at the bar. The breakfast is overpriced and easily replaced by the nearby Bagels and Beans. Our room lacked any place to put clothing and had only a small window (on the top floor in what used to be the attic) but other rooms are very nice and big with beautiful views. Of course, these are more expensive.
