I had an early flight and asked if i could check in early and they did which was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was beautiful with high end quality furbishments. Very pleasant indeed thank you

"Nice boutique hotel for a short stay!"

The location is great, though it is outside of the "center", but it is in walkable distance to all main attraction to visit Rotterdam. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The rooms was very big and nicely arranged, had all amenities needed in the room. Free coffee, tea and water was a classy touch, as well as great attention to the environment and options to give up on the daily room cleaning for planting a tree that was nice and we opted in. The hotel has own parking space, though it is not covered or guarded, it was convenient and just on the other side of the road, but be careful there as it has some spikes on the ground and there limited lots. The breakfast had a good choice, but very limited. Though we stayed only for two nights, it was fine for us, but if you stay longer it may get repetitive. It is not a big deal, but the carpet we had in our room (12) looked rather lacking some good wash/clean though I hope it is cleaned regularly it just looked sort of "not clean". Overall, the room cleaning (dusting) could be improved.

Perfect hotel. Al onze wensen werden ingewilligd,geen enkel probleem. Kamer was uitstekend,schoon en heel erg netjes. Ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Top.
