We stayed at one of the most beautiful hotels in the area – the views were stunning and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The junior suite we had originally booked looked perfect in the photos and matched our needs well. Once we were moved to the correct room, everything was excellent. The hotel also has a pool where we could relax, and although breakfast was quite basic and repetitive, it was sufficient. The staff were polite and professional. Despite some construction in front of the building, it didn’t cause any disturbance.

We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and were told that we were being given a different suite, supposedly a “better fit” for our family. However, this room had two large beds and a glass-walled bathroom and toilet located directly in front of the beds, not suitable for privacy, especially when traveling with teenagers. They were unable to change the room that night, but gave us an extra room on the same floor to use the bathroom and shower privately. It was disappointing that instead of admitting they had given away our reserved junior suite, the staff made excuses, saying the beds in the original room would have been too short for teenagers, which was simply not true.

Personale empatico, peccato che il tempo non sia stato clemente

Ci darebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione spicciola, riverniciare ringhiera in legno sui balconi, fissare meglio nei bagni dove gli inserti Fisher sono parzialmente usciti dal muro. Lavori semplici ma che, non fatti, danno una impressione di trascuratezza
