Karamanli Konagi

Kusursuz değil. Kahvaltı ve internet hizmeti daha iyi olabilir ama personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Güzelyurt ilçesinde bulunmaktan ayrıca hoşnut oldum. İnsanları çok sıcak. Her köşesi tarih. Giden memnun kalır, fiyatı uygun.

Pleasant stay. A little difficult to find the property.

The room was not as advertised. Rather than 35m2 it was about 20m2 (enough room for a queen bed and a few feet around it). No patio/balcony on room as noted. No bottled water as noted. The red mesh netting and silk flower petals on the bed detract from the otherwise nice room. Nice hot shower. Cafe was opposite our room and staff talked loudly til 11pm, which was unfortunate. No wifi details provided.

Çiftler için olduğunu bilmeden seçmiştik ancak Metin Beyin nezaketi ve de Rehberimiz Tarık beyin müthiş sunumuyla ufak tefek aksaklıkları görmezden geldik. Yemekler kafinin ötesinde iyiydi. Geveli kebabını tavsiye ederim.

Eski 2000 yıllık mağara evlerde ve 200 yıllık rum evlerde kalmak isteyenler için çok iyi bir mekan.Terası ve vadi manzarası görülmeye değer.Tek eksi yanı mağara evlerin nemli olması ama o da doğal bir sonuç.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, especially staying in a cave. The room view was mesmerizing. Staff were very cooperative, friendly and welling to serve with a big smile. The also offered free tours as complementary from the hotel to staying guest. The tour guide, Mr. Yassir was very helpful as he helped translating from and to Turkey language. He was also ready to provide information about the historic sites in Arabic and English. Thank you a lot for a great experience.

An amazing stay, negatively and positively. We followed the Hotels.com map to the site indicated on the map. There it was, the Karamanli Konagi Hotel, boarded up, dirty and weedy. A phone number was on the door, but we did not have phones that worked in Turkey. We'd seen signs for another hotel off the main square, but it, too, was abandoned. We were about to abandon the town, with hostile thought towards Hotels.com, when we saw a small information sign. I, who speak Turkish, went in. It was the town's small library in which the only people inside were a young mother with two very young girls reading together at a table. I figured I was here, so I asked them if they had any information on hotels. They called to the back and out comes an older gentleman who looked more like the librarian rather than a tourist information officer. I ask him. He pauses and seems to decide that it is too difficult to explain the situation to me. Follow me he says and he leads me through a succession of alleys to, amazingly, a rather nice hotel reception room. I first start to explain our situation to him, but then just ask if he has two room for us. Yes, maybe he does. I go back to get my traveling companions to check the place out. His rooms are roughly the same price that we were going to pay at the abandoned first hotel. When I told him our names, he exclaimed we were reserved at his hotel... Anyway. after that everything was great.

It was very nice to be there. Guzelyurt is so great. But because of the winter time we got an other hotel place and the one we had booked. Other room, other facilitys. The service people were very nice and helpful.

This was the most beautiful hotel I stayed in while in Turkey, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to "downtown" but quiet and peaceful (of course, Guzelyurt is a pretty small peaceful place anyway :-)
