From time of check in the Staff were super fast helpful and very happy. Rooms and surrounding area very clean. Beds are in need of new mattress. Very pleasent stay.

Location, general amenity, price.

No shade in the pool area. Only basic loungers available, nicer loungers set aside for use of particular rooms but were never used seemed to be a waste. Some large plants and or parasols required

Welcoming staff. Close to the old town. Quiet.

Very expensive for what was provided. Expected better for the price. Pool access room much appreciated but the pool was poorly maintained. Water level was so low that the filter could not operate. Don’t know how or when it could be cleaned.

"Great Location"

The hotel staff is wonderful. The area is quiet. It is really close to a food court, Tops and night market. There is also a nice park. It may be a little older and the mattress is hard, but we would stay there again. Loved it!
