"Staff ok food and main hotel ok."

The room was clean but quite small

The mattress and pillows were very hard and not comfortable Only one chair in room Dog in room next door howling for nearly 2 hours

"I am down twice a year and this was my 5th year"

The breakfast was great and choice for dinner was excellent the position for bus into Carlisle was terrific we drive down every year and leave the car until going back home

Other than no Internet in room can't fault anything and would not stop us coming back
