Enjoyed the relaxed feeling at this place. Food great . Had breakfast and lunch there .

Bit far away from things as gad to rely on my daughter for transport.

Easy to walk into town, great place to stay, and staff friendly and helpful.

Comfy bed Kettle and coffee in room Bath as well as shower Tastefully decorated No stairs!

No fridge Little bottles of semi skimmed milk left on the unit by kettle in a very hot room! Not acceptable. Milk was warm. Had to ask for fresh milk to replace it. Breakfast included beans. In a very small pot used for ketchup?

Clean, modern room. Nice pub. Great breakfast included in the price. All staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very good location for Grafham Water. Bubbling clientele from the surrounding community - good food and drink. Quite a warm atmosphere out in the garden area

Big comfortable room with good facilities. Didn’t eat or drink in bar/restaurant area but looked nice and menu was varied. Only interaction with staff was when i checked in but big friendly welcome and very efficient.

Being close to the A1 the road noise can be an issue but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Very convenient location. Nice room, nice white linen, tea and coffee making facilities. Property felt secure, having to use a bespoke fob to gain access to the bedrooms. Food was tasty, good, sensible sized portions. Staff pleasant and polite.
