I like everything about this hotel

Hugely attractive room. Although above a club and on a main road, it's very well insulated against both and the fixtures and fittings were excellent.

Could have had a slightly bigger fridge as the beer-sized fridge only held one small bottle of milk.

Very easy check-in and check out. Clear instructions on getting back in (at 1.30am). Good security. Loved the balcony.

Bedside table was a bit sticky & a few marks on carpet. No milk or creamer available in tea making. Lack of plug points (to plug the kettle in).

Great location in Surbiton. The room was a decent size with a good but dark bathroom

The hotel sits above a nightclub, and unless you want to wait until 1am for the noise to stop it is very loud. I imagine that this hotel is great for people mid-week, but if staying on a Friday or Saturday night you need to be aware of this as I was not able to get to sleep.

Rooms are lovely and comfortable and in a great location

The room was nice

It was so loud we did not sleep. Music banging until 1am. Loud guests until 2:30am. Then woken up at 6/7am by shouting, door slamming, guests running around the hallway and the outside generator. If you’re a young group of people looking for a party then stay here! And if you’re looking for anything like a decent nights sleep do not!

We were attending a wedding at Glenmore House and the hotel is ideal for the venue - only a couple of minutes walk away. Glenmore House is also used for the hotel’s parking - entry to that was seamless and £7 for 24 hours was very reasonable. We had a room on the second floor. The room was very spacious and clean - although only one bottle of water was provided for two people which was a bit strange. The receptionist was very welcoming and check in was easy. Breakfast is not provided but there are plenty of places in the immediate vicinity - we went to the Weatherspoons a couple of doors down. Unfortunately, what lets this hotel down is the noise from the club downstairs - which was horrendous! It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep until the club closed. For that reason, the room was very much overpriced. Discounted rates should really be put in place when the club is open as a good night’s sleep is fundamental. A real shame as it detracts enormously from a nice hotel
