Hotel Bosco

Stayed 13–16 February. The first room was dusty with stained carpets and had blood stains on the sheets — completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. We were moved to a smaller room with no price adjustment, and were told to handle this ourselves by phone. Emails requesting a refund went unanswered. Very poor hygiene and customer service.

Main issue: hotel is attached to cocktail bar which blasts out very loud music until 1am. Very poor soundproofing so it's like being in the toilet of a club. Only stay here if you plan on coming back to your room after 1am. On arrival front door locked, no one on front desk to buzz us in for 10 mins, very confusing. Both blinds in bedroom broken shut so very little light in room.

Hotel Bosco is in a prime location, within 2 min walk to Surbiton Train Station and local bar, restaurants and amenities. I stay at the Bosco for 3 nights every 1/2 months for work commitments. I've always found it friendly. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated and the bathrooms have the added bonus of a bath as well as a lovely shower. I will certainly be stopping here again.

Well run, no fuss hotel with good rooms. Ideally located near Surbiton train station which has fast trains into Waterloo. Plenty of nice places to eat in Surbiton.

Ideal location for taking a fast train from Surbiton into central London. Plenty of local places to eat breakfast.

I can’t really say much but the location was Perfect

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We paid extra for a balcony, however there was no outside light, which made it impractical to use at night. The toilet lock was broken, and there was also a ceiling light hanging loose that we had to fix ourselves. For the price paid, we expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.
