"Good"

We couldn’t get the room cool. Talked to the owners and let them know the situation and they provided a second fan however had our dogs with us and they planted the whole time in the room.

Lights on airconditioner and ceiling security system on all night…room not dark enough to sleep Did not like carpet …thought we reserved room with wood floors

"It exceeded expectations again!"

We were able to request the same great room where we stayed at before. The rooms are large and comfy. The breakfast was excellent. And the staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we're back in New Smyrna.
