The location was great – right downtown. The room was comfortable and Tommy was a great host, who cooked a magnificent breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing! We had to take a doggy bag and we had the rest for lunch because the omelets were so good! I would give this an 11 if I could.

Just got back from a weekend getaway here with hubby. We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and immaculate. Beautiful landscaping and the rooms are very clean. The owners are very kind and accommodating and really love what they do. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings. Perfect location as well. Walking distance to several good restaurants and shops and in a safe location. We will definitely be back!

This is a great alternative to a standard hotel stay. I was in New Smyrna Beach for business, and I enjoyed the different experience. Tommy's breakfasts were amazing, he accommodated my early morning schedule, and I enjoyed the stay for a different experience.
