A short weekend break with my boys. Hotel is lovely, nice and clean with all you could ask for, the owners are lovely and very friendly. The choice for breakfast was amazing, from cereal to fresh fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. Just a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of Scarborough and with free parking too. Will definitely be returning.

Superb accommodation with fantastic hosts and thoroughly recommend staying here especially for location near to Peasholm Park and Open Air Theatre.

Everything about this guest house is great. From arriving to leaving was a pleasure. There's no worries about parking. Jackie made us feel really welcome, Jackie also brought my a pot of tea on a tray on arrival(never had this level of service even in a 5 star hotel!!). Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was something to behold. I would have to rate it as the best breakfast I've had anywhere, no burnt bits, everything had a taste of its own....wonderful. I would say without any doubt that this guest house will be first on the list when we go back to Scarborough. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you Jackie.

Freindly host very helpful . nice place 10 mins to town centre.

Myself and the Boys came to stay for a few days. Really loved the Hotel, made us really welcome, jake my youngest loved the fact that they had a dog. Fantastic stay and will seriously consider staying next time we visit
