Great location , modern and well maintained

Bedrooms small but fine Service for breakfast exceptionally slow. They try to serve everything including cereals etc. Should just stick to serving hot choices. Took an hour to be served despite being first in the resturant

We had a very spacious room, very comfortable neds and the staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home!

No or not enough acoustic insulation between adjacent walls and between floor and ceiling joists, could hear even the simplest of moving around next door

From checking in,the girls looked after me I was here for a wedding in St Andrews so they kindly took my case and put it in my room whilst I was at wedding, My room was on the top floor which wasn't great as I have mobility issues but I know next time to ask for room 14 which is on ground Room 6 was spotless For breakfast again all the girls were lovely as I joined my 4 other friends also staying here for breakfast The breakfast was divine I will certainly be back in the comming months as I've recently retired ,so can come up for a couple of nights Working in customer service / retail for over 30 years, first impressions count and continuing high standards and Waterfront has it all Satisfied first time guest ..not the last !

Great location. Large clean room with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Wonderful and huge breakfast plus the staff were the best - so friendly and helpful. Would def stay again.
