Super lokalizacja, blisko do głównych atrakcji Budapesztu. Personel przyjazny i pomocny. Świetne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, codziennie inne potrawy.

Nasz pokój na pierwszym piętrze miał nisko umiejscowione okna wychodzące bezpośrednio na uliczkę, przez co było nieco ciemno i głośno.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer ist klein. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig.

Location was fantastic. Walked pretty much everywhere from the hotel. Lovely restaurants in the vicinity

Bathrooms were a little snug but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Some building work going on in the hotel so some dust around bur again didn’t effect our holiday. Would have been nice to be told before arrival

Die zentrale Lage und das moderne, frische Design des Hotel haben uns gut gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm weich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal war angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Die laufenden Umbauarbeiten waren schon etwas störend. Wirklich ärgerlich: Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant hatte die angebotenen 10% Rabatt "versehentlich" vergessen. Auch die Frage, ob der Service in der Rechnung erhalten ist, wurde verneint, obwohl es auf der Rechnung dann ausgewiesen war. Für unseren Geschmack ein paar Missverständnisse zu viel.

No basic stuff like conditioner, hair caps . The hotel is in the middle of renovations . On our arrival got a room where the WiFi in the room didn’t work and the water in the shower wasn’t warm enough . They gave us a new room in a different floor with WiFi and warm water However , in the other room the mattresses of the beds were soft compared to the mattresses in the former room , so we couldn’t sleep well I tried to tell them to change the mattress if there was a hard one available but unfortunately they didn’t . One of the staff members wrote me that the mattress hardness might vary in some rooms and he will put a note to help me but a few hours they sent me a new message saying all the mattresses are the same It’s really hard to enjoy a vacation when you can’t sleep well because your back hurts .
