Value for money, no toiletries, staff not very friendly, parking situation terrible (they charge you for parking and then say it’s on luck which is extremely stupid). Either you don’t charge for parking or if you do then it’s your responsibility to arrange it.

Cosy hotel, nice welcome with lots of flowers at the entrance. Very happy to find separate beds and descent breakfast at this good price. There is also a small basememt garden outside the breakfast room, but we were there too early in the season. Perfect location for Kelvingrove Museum, also not too far from the city center. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Can’t think of anything particular. Perhaps the reception staff could have been a little better informed about tourist sights and professional in giving advice.

The staff are excellent: considerate, thoughtful and friendly. A real asset to the hotel!

I found the mattress, pillows and bed linens uncomfortable. I personally prefer a sprung mattress for comfort, over the foam mattress, and the room I was in had the latter. The pillows were flat and stiff. The sheets were a bit tired and rough - but hey, it’s a three star hotel so 400 threadcount cotton sheets are unlikely to available.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'aménagement cosy des chambres, la literie, la facilité pour se garer ( même si le stationnement dans la rue est cher). Le calme

Les portes des chambres ne filtrent pas le bruit dans le couloir. Le petit déj est très basic pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le salé.

The location is great, near to university and Kelvin park and museum, and on the bus route into town. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be vastly improved without watering down the juice and scrambled eggs.
