The hotel location is good.

The hotel location is good and convenient, and the outside area is close to the sea, which is a positive point. However, the room itself was very disappointing and did not match the impression from the photos on Booking.com. The room felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not up to the standard I expected. Some parts looked like they had not been properly renovated for a very long time. I honestly felt like I had gone back to the 1980s. The overall condition of the room was not acceptable for the price paid. Another issue is that some documents in the hotel were provided in German, even though the hotel is in Croatia and the official language is Croatian. As a guest in Croatia, I found this quite strange. In short: good location, but the room condition needs serious improvement. I would not book the same room again unless it is renovated and properly represented in the photos.
