"Room needs updating"

The room overall was comfortable, but dated, definitely needs refurbishment. But was comfortable.

Shower needs updating, the bathroom lights flicker a lot before turning on I suggest keeping the door closed until its fully on, the beds were old. And carpet needs changing. I asked house keeping for extra toilet rolls as we were staying for a short time so didnt want the room to be cleaned, they start giggling and went and retrieved the toilet room, threw some looks at eachother and start laughing. I mean maybe wait until the guest is out of sight before acting this way. I felt really uncomfortable by their attitudes. But the room was comfortable.
