Ambleside Central

Very clean and tidy, nicely decorated. Great location, if you don't have a vehicle with you! Lots of great places very close by to eat. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

With having a vehicle, the half mile walk from the carpark is a big inconvenience. Also, carpark floods BADLY! Have to find alternative places to park. Bed situated badly within room (3), banged legs everytime came out of bathroom. Door codes on bedroom doors very difficult to use. VERY noisy, all through the night. Also, flood lights to rear of property, so room never got dark even with blinds shut.

Accommodation was clean and perfect for our short stay in Ambleside. Neat little kettle with tea, coffee and uht milk. En suite shower and toilet were great.

The electronic door handles were a little tricky but fine once you get used to them. Otherwise everything was spot on.

The location was perfect and very central to the town. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location is very good and there is free parking within 8 min walk. The room was quite big

The place had a strange smell . The Friday night was very noisy and hardly slept due to music and people talking. You had to cross into the common space to go to the bathroom and at night was difficult to get back in as you have to enter code to get into room.
