No tuve oportunidad de disfrutar del hotel

Hola. Realicé la reservación el 30 de enero. Lamentablemente, al llegar al establecimiento, el personal de recepción me indicó que no tenían mi reservación. Que booking no les había enviado la confirmación. En la ciudad había un espectáculo musical por lo que había mucha demanda de hospedaje, y en este sentido, fue casi imposible conseguir un nuevo lugar donde pasar la noche. Fue una situación muy incómoda y molesta. Difícil confiar en Booking.com luego de esta experiencia. Y con respecto al hotel, no creo que vuelva a considerarlo como opción de alojamiento. Saludos.

Booking.com said it had an airport shuttle, a necessary service for me and a reason I chose it. It did not. They would arrange for a cab, at higher than usual cost for the area. The room was very bare bones, completely devoid of any decoration. It felt like a communist block cell. No lighting except a ceiling fixture. No bedside lamp. Water was tepid at best. Credit card terminals were not working. There was no blanket on the bed. I had to ask for one at the desk. It did not fit the king size bed. It was clean - enough.
