Очень хороший и спокойный отель вдали от суеты и шума. Территория красивая, чистая, имеется собственный песчаный пляж с лежаками (до пляжа расположен подземный переход). Завтрак шикарный и разнообразный. В отеле есть менеджер Мария, которая помогла с решением возникших вопросов, за что большое спасибо!

Прекрасный отель с шикарной зелёной территорией и вежливым персоналом. Хорошие бассейны, небольшой аквапарк на 3 горки, есть релакс бассейн, выход к морю через подземный переход. Очень хорошие завтраки, номера на 5! Спасибо сотруднику Марии за внимание и заботу .

Самый комфортный пляж в Sanya Bay - только у этого отеля есть свои лежаки с матрасами и большими зонтиками - все деревянное, не пластик, штук 30. Всегда дежурят спасатели и охранник, выдают полотенца Пляж в 5минутах от отеля по собственному подземному переходу. С учетом полного пренебрежения в Китае к правилам дорожного движения -это идеальный вариает. Очень большая зеленая зона, пара бассейнов. Вечером живая музыка и fire-шоу. Завтаки разнообразные, в номерах убираются хорошо. Сам номер немного подуставший, но очень большой и приятный, очень комфортная кровать.

Сервис на китайском уровне - не ждите чудес. Это не Таиланд с дружелюбным персоналом. Из мужской чвсти персонала клиентоориентированы только шеф в ресторане барбекю (легко его узнаете, он там самый высокий, под 2 метра) и парень на ресепшене. Остальные - безразличные или истеричные, как менеджер в ресторане барбекю. Лучшие блюда предлагают для китайцев, а иностранцам до смешного - на ужине нарезают исключительно худшие части тунца и лосося. Все мясо сильно пережарено. Поэтому ужин барбекю нет смысла брать, съедобного там немного. Вдвое дешевле и вкуснее на шведском столе в морском ресторане в торговом центре Joy.

Got an incredible view. Very prompt replies from hotel staff. Loved the bubble pool party. Maria, one of the staff went above and beyond. She was very helpful. Would like to give her a 10/10 rating. Pullman really made it special for us. I hope to visit Pullman again! The room was very spacious. I enjoyed listening to the band.

It might be nice to have even more food options for the buffet (while there are lots of options already, after near 1 week...).

Отдыхали в апреле 2026 - с 8-го по 16-ое. Наше пребывание в данном отеле превзошло все ожидания! Абсолютно все заслуживает максимальной оценки! И качество номеров, и качество их уборки, и качество работы персонала ! Территория и бассейны - супер! Питание и выбор блюд - десятка ! Ужины с живой музыкой и огненным шоу - потрясающе ! Пляж - лучший и самый протяженный на Хайнане! Видели мы много людей, которые специально приезжали к нам сюда из других локаций. Но отдельно хотели бы отметить нашего русскоязычного персонального менеджера - МАРИЮ ! Эта чудесная девушка помогала нам 24/7 по всем вопросам нашего пребывания как в отеле, так и в Китае в общем. Все наши пожелания или дополнительные вопросы пребывания решались с ее стороны в удивительно короткие сроки, как по взмаху волшебной палочки ! Мария - лучшая, это факт ! С ее помощью мы уже забронировали номер на следующий наш приезд в декабре 2026. Однозначно сюда !

Можно было бы добавить в меню шведского стола на завтрак несколько видов каш - овсяные и другие. При том, что в остальном - выбор блюд отличный!
