everything was just perfect, the staffs were helpful, the location was fairly close to Basmane or Hilal station, easy to access, room’s clean… maybe menu for the breakfast can be upgraded, but it was enough for me 👍🏻

I really loved the location of the hotel, close to Hilal station, which is a direct train link to the airport. At the same time, the hotel is like ~ 2km away from the harbor, and on the way to the harbor, one can go directly through the park Kültürpark İzmir. A good breakfast is available at the hotel and the people from the hotel and warm, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely like to visit again.

For two nights and two days in the hotel, our hot water was periodically turned off and once time the water was turned off in the evening at all. The hotel needs renovation. Yes, the price is not high, but at least painting the walls is not difficult. The bathroom was cold, like on the street. It is difficult to take a shower in such conditions. At the same time the room is very warm.

I could cancel my second date on my reservation without penalty. Street parking was easy
