Excellent location and gorgeous renovated historical buildings. Wonderful neighborhood and easy walking distance to the night market, food street and the Mekong. Staff are mega helpful, and there are great restaurants nearby.

Breakfast needs improving (breads are so so, coffee is not great, juices are mainly canned, and the bacon is soggy) and the free bikes are handy, but several need repair. Our room was comfortable and quiet but a bit dark and the air con made lots of noise.

Breakfast poor,.Room uncomfortable first room was dirty and smelled odd dump .We complained the second room that they suggest good size but smelled worst .The third room was ok .No dump and lighter than the other dark rooms . Towels were so old that instead of being white and fluffy they were grey and hard with no absorbing. Location great .
