"Terrible didn’t stay even one night. Book The Namkhan, it’s much nicer."

The junior staff were pleasant

They were undergoing extensive renovation works which included using a pneumatic hammer. When we checked in, we were told that the works would be minimal. When we spoke to the manager he assured us that they would only carry out quiet works. The dramatic hammer was used for hours and we left the hotel without staying even a night I’m sure the hotel would be nice, but that was not our experience. Also the management did not refund any money and were not interested in our concerns. Customer service goes a long way. I would stay away, we booked the Namkhan, that was lovely

"Incredible hidden gem!"

- The grounds - The pool always had sun and shade - The old world feel of the entire place. It was just stunning - Comfortable beds & pillows - Super nice shower, rain shower with great pressure - The pool felt glam - The extensive cocktail menu - Shuttle into the town center - The absolute nicest staff - The location is close to all the good stuff for such a great price and beautiful charm everywhere you look in the hotel. I would 100% come back.

- Breakfast wasn’t amazing. Not bad just not great. - Shuttle brings you into town but not back to the hotel

"Place to come back for relax"

Truly a boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, stylish furniture. Hospitable and friendly staff. Hotel is well located outside the center but in a walking distance to it and all the attractions of Luang Prabang. Spa, restaurant, bar, bikes, they have everything covered.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful colonial hotel. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. We particularly enjoyed the pool. Every staff is so attentive and professional. I would come back again.
