Bel hôtel accueil agréable chambre belle qualité

Great old building, but lobby has smell. You can hear everything outside of your door.

Accueil excellent personnel très serviable et arrangeant. Hôtel très bien situé, mais un peu vieillot et donc un peu bruillant.

Mogelijk parkeren is beperkt. Gelukkig hadden wij een plaats.

Das Personal war äusserst Freundlich. Man hat uns beim Buchen der Fähre geholfen und wir haben den Tipp für den Place Ducale erhalten. Echt ein sehenswertes Plätzchen. Für uns war es wichtig, unsere teuren Motorräder nicht auf der Strasse parkieren zu müssen. Wir durften die Motorräder in den Innenhof stellen. Diese waren somit sicher. The service was great. We got some help to book the fairy and we got the hint to go out to the "place ducale". The visit was worth it. It was important to us to park our motorbikes not on the streets. We had the possibility to park the motorcycles in the atrium. So they were safe.

Hotel on a great place in Charleville. No lift and we had a room on 4th floor. The staff was very helpful but the hotel was not open when we wanted to check in. Otherwise very nice and enjoyable.

Bon accueil et chambre propre mais pour garer son véhicule il faut utiliser des parkings payants et problème avec la connexion wifi qui n'a fonctionné que partiellement.

All ok and good position close to station. Expectations not too high and not disappointed.
