Horsham International Hotel

The room was quiet and very comfortable. Our dinner was delicious in very nice surrounds. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked bathroom with heating lamps, shower especially. Got a disabled car park spot. Didnt like: reception - waited 15 minutes while staff member was on the phone for ages then on his computer. We needed a room on the ground floor which I rang up about as my husband has a disability. Not noted even though I had rung & was assured that I did not need to put this in writing. We were allocated a room on the cnr of 2 main roads - trucks cars going half the night. there there were no dishes excep 2 mugs & 2 spoons. Fridge full of stuff. No room for our things. Water cost money. Ripped Chair & some worn furniture. Liked that the rest of the staff were really friendly & helpful.

Good hotel, only a couple of things to notice... If you can - choose rooms facing away from the road, as it gets a busy noisy, and second - most of the rooms are on the second floor, so make sure you ready to drag your bags upstairs. Rooms are nice, good size, the bed was pretty comfortable

Property is close to everything and the check-in/out process is very quick. The room was clean and had everything you needed but there was mould in the shower that needs removing. Furniture could also do with an upgrade, and there should be a minimum of 2 pillows per person on the bed, we only had 2 in total.

Overnight stay on way home. Very comfortable Only complaint - the 'bar" is inclusive of the restaurant, so nowhere to really sit quietly and enjoy a drink.
