Alles!!! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Sehr schöne Lobby und Speiseraum. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angedachte Zimmer hat uns nicht so gut gefallen und die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sofort geholfen und ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

"Skvělý hotel s perfektními službami"

Velice pěkný interiér (restaurace, bar, foyer), prakticky vybavené pokoje (WC zvlášť, v koupelně 2 umyvadla, hodně úložného prostoru, ramínek, věšáků) všude teplo. Wellness super, s výhledem na hory. Skvělé a velmi pestré jídlo formou bufetu, velice milý a profesionání personál. Herna pro děti, ping-pongový stůl, kulečník... Hotelový Ski-bus s naprosto úžasným řidičem. S veškerým personálem jsme se domluvili anglicky. Vše skvělé, bezproblémové. U

Na nás byly matrace příliš měkké, což je ale ve většině hotelů. Rozkládací pohovka (přistýlka pro 8-letého syna) zase poměrně tvrdá. Toto je v některých hotelech řešeno vrchní tenkou vrchní-matrací.

"Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt"

Frühstück war sehr gut . Das Bad auf dem Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr gut

Die vollen Aschenbecher im Außenbereich waren nicht so toll. Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön, aber keine Handtücher.
