Die gute Lage zwischen den Skigebieten, der Wellnessbereich und die Schwimmbäder

Wir kommen jetzt schon viele Jahre in der Wintersaison für einige Nächte. Leider wird der Service am Abend bei der Halbpension wird immer schlechter. (Unausgebildetes Personal, keine Tischdecken, etc)

Das angebotene Buffett war sehr vielfältig. Der Spuelbereich für die Kinder war sehr schön.

Leider konnten wir unser Auto nicht am Hotel laden, da die Ladesäule nicht mit einem QRcode ausgestattet ist und man sich erst hätte registrieren müssen. Was sehr umständlich war.

Freundliches Personal und keine Langeweile für die Kinder: Spielzimmer, Kino, Hallenbad, Freibad, Lea vorhanden!

Keine Saunahandtücher in der Sauna, man musste sein Duschtuch vom Zimmer mitnehmen.

Tolles Essen. Der Koch steht für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten sind gemütlich der Ausblick Richtung Berge schön. Die Lobby groß und gemütlich. Die Rezeption hat uns weitergeholfen und auch Spiele verliehen.
