Nice and friendly staff. Good price. A few minor things need repairing.

Well located, friendly staff, the room was big and comfy. We really enjoyed the time there.

All rooms are non smoking, however my room smelt strongly of cigarettes. They did change the room for me. The rooms are very noisy, both street noise and also the bathroom fans from neighbouring rooms are unusually loud. The bathroom had both black and orange mold on the tiles and the spa jets. The blanket on the bed was dirty. The Sky box was up high, and the large blue light on it lit up the room at night to the point where I didn't need a light on, and ended up covering it so I could sleep.

Location is good. TV initially worked but then Sky just stopped, probably not paid uo to date. No alternative like streaming or freeview stations.

Difficulty with reception in that English is not their first language. They could not understsnd my name so some time taken in checking me in.

The unit was nice and spacious. Staff we're every accommodating. Unfortunately when I opened the fridge door I encountered a baby cocroach running along the top of door i got rid of it and went back to find another running along the bottom so got rid of it. Didn't find anymore but kept looking at surfaces in case more appreared I don't like crawling bugs

I have stayed in numerous places in Palmy and the Shadzz offers an affordable alternative. Friendly staff and my room was spotless. A real plus (although not needed as it wasn't hot) is the rooms have air-conditioning. Slightly older decor and bathroom, but very clean. Only a short 2 block walk to the Plaza/shops etc.
