Awesome customer service. Ken was accommodating especially when there was a double up for our room we booked. Cleaners were on to it when we needed to change rooms. Good chats with Ken. Overall our first initial room we booked for was a perfect fit for me and my family. So close to the city so convenient. Thank you, Letina.

Our room was lovely and very quiet, but the shower in the bathroom was no good. Wish they could upgrade the shower and the sink was very low.
