We had a large room

The lifts are STILL broken and it’s all good to say just bring a small bag from your car but sorting that in the pooring rain and cold is no good. The check in process and lengthy explanation about door handles and how to use keys paired with the aircon remote lesson is ridiculous. Then the having to know exactly when you checking out…. There is no key drop box

Good sized room - couldn't believe how big the bathroom was! Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out. Great having parking on-site, but spots were limited. Within walking distance of the CBD (probably a 15 minute walk), so well located. Will definitely consider booking when next in Launceston.

My only complaint was that the room was quite cold. I did have the heater on overnight but still found the room cold. I didn't check how high the fan settings were on the heater though, so maybe that would have made a difference. Other than that, a very comfortable room. And the lift was out of order - could be problematic if you have mobility issues or have heavy luggage navigating the stairs.

The boutique atmosphere and the beautiful views of the city and surrounding gardens were truly amazing. I was particularly impressed by the superb location, which offered easy access to the CBD and local coffee shops. I want to extend a special thank you to James, who provided excellent service and treated us exceptionally well. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary amenities and the unexpected free room upgrade. The accommodations were perfect; the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the fast Wi-Fi and ample parking made our stay very convenient.

The hotel is situated next to a primary school. Guests should be aware that school noise during the first morning break may be audible, and the access street becomes quite busy during school drop-off times. Additionally, the building apparently has the elevator out of order. The hotel may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues unless a room on the ground level is requested in advance.

Good looking location near West Launceston and Cataract Gorge. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated laundry service.

Very comfortable nights stay, heart of town, close easy walk to Tamar River, absolutely gorgeous walk on the foreshore, fast enough Wi-Fi. Very large room high ceiling.

Would be handy to leave a compendium in the room for hotel and city attractions and restaurants.
