Eşimle çıktığımız balayında temizlik konusunda büyük sorunlar yaşadık klozet kapağındaki kan lekesi ve sarı lekeler havlu ve battaniyelerin kokmasi küvetin su sızdırması baslica sorunlarimizdi. Klozeti temizlediklerini soylediler tekrar baktiğımızda kan ve idrar lekelerinin gecmedigini gorduk ve klozet kapaginin degismesini istedik o gün icinde degistirdiler. Bu otel gercekten temizlik konusunda bizi üzdü günlüğüne 540 tl ödenen BALAYI odasında bu sorunlari biz yasadik siz yasamayin derim. Odada wifi cekmemesi de ayri bir sorundu personelin güler yüzü ve hizmeti dışında beş para etmez bir otel.

Tavsiye etmiyorum. Odalarin sicakligi ve havuzun pisligi dusunulurse 10 uzerinden 3 bile fazla denebilir. Fotograftaki oda verilmiyor onun icin gecelik 100 lira daha istiyorlar

Beautiful palace hotel located next to azmak river. Spacious room, comfortable bed nd good breakfast. Yusuf was helpful when i had done booking error and i was able to stay on the dates that i wanted without being charged again.

This hotel is a great location for beach and town. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Since are last stay the hotel is looking a little tired,and staff are a lot less than they used to be. We had a great holiday and would still go back to the Otterman.

Akyaka is a beautiful place to visit.We had a lovely few days.We recommend the river cruise and dining in the wide range of restaurants.
