Kota oli upea majoituspaikka! Oopperaristeily Savonlinnaan lähti Järvisydämestä.

Aamiaisella soitettiin taustamusiikkia häiritsevän kovaa.

Monipuolinen aamiainen. Näyttävä ja mielenkiintoinen sisustus ja miljöö. Hyvät sängyt. Risteily 3h Linnansaaren kansallispuistoon hienossa säässä. Käynti Metsäkahvilassa, alpakoita.

Valitettavasti kylpylä oli suljettu, mutta oli tiedossamme etukäteen ja saimme risteilyn kylpyläkäynnin sijaan.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Bij aankomst voelt het al aan als vakantie, prachtig gebied en voldoende activiteiten. Er zijn verschillende huisjes maar ik denk dat ze allemaal prachtig zijn. Comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Er is goede WiFi en voldoende stroompunten in het huisje. Je kunt er heerlijk eten in de gezellige restaurants of op het terras. Ik had twee activiteiten geboekt maar dit kwam kwam tijd uiteindelijk niet uit. Een uur later dan gereserveerd haalde ik de mountainbike op en ze waren zo flexibel dat ik alsnog 2 uur mocht fietsen. Super fijn.

Le spa nous semblait un peu laxiste sur les règles d’hygiène et a dû effectivement fermer à la fin de notre séjour. Le restaurant débordé par l’afflux de clients et au menu cher et peu varié. Les équipements des chambres un peu vieillissants. Le canapé lit inconfortable.

Its an amazing complex of deep relaxation in middle of nature. You can spend a week there and have new activities for each day. Their breakfast is very high quality and locally produced as much as possible. Many villas are completely private and hidden in nature n

During our stay, spa was closed for cleaning and we had to settle for sauna world which is just 1 sauna

Yleisilme surkea esim kulahtaneita muovisia tekokukkia ravintolan pöydillä. Seinillä roikkui vaikka mitä. En olettanut että neljän tähden hotelli näin sekavan oloinen.

Wow, such an amazing place! Our standard room was far from standard, it was beautiful! Plus everything we needed and more. The spa was unreal! Paradise! The seal tour was so enjoyable, even though we didn't see any seals, sadly. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer as there are so many activities on offer and many more interesting places to stay. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

The resort is situated in a beautiful part of Finland. The lake is the epitome of peaceful and quiet. It is perfectly suited for a weekend-getaway in nature. The breakfast buffet has good coffee and amazing baked goods. Overall, the food is good and the waiting staff is friendly. We also participated in two cruises: one dinner cruise and one excursion to the national park. The view from the ferry is stunning and the staff on the boat is very sweet.

Our stay was accompanied by two major disappointments. Firstly, you have go expect to pay an additional 20 to 30 euros per person per activity, including being able to use the gym (in this case 10 euro per person per visit), the sauna world, and the Spa. Consequently, you can expect your stay to be much more expensive than first advertised. Secondly, with exception of the aforementioned staff, a lot of the personnel gives off the impression of it either being their first day at work or of being very reluctant to help. Hereby, the service at the safari house (where you could rent some gear for outdoor activities) was horrendous. The personnel’s demeanour ranged from rude to uninterested and negligent at best. For instance, we rented some kayaks. This process included having to go to the safari house twice to make a reservation as the first reservation was never confirmed and apparently also not put into the system. When we picked up our paddle and life jacket to start our trip, we told the employees that we had never done this before and that we would need some instructions. We were told that somebody would be waiting by the pier to help us, however, that was not the case. So, we went back to the safari house and told them. The reply of the worker was: „There should be.“, after which he disappeared in the back and left us waiting for ten minutes until another, admittedly friendly, worker told us to just give it a try. Back by the pier, we started heaving the kayaks of the rack, when the first worker appeared by the pier to instruct some other guests on how to fish. After ignoring us at first, we could rope him into finally helping us with identifying which of the kayaks were useable. He then went back to take care of other business, even though he knew we were beginners. Only by luck did nobody get hurt as we tried to get into the kayaks without instructions, after which we were given a basic rundown.
