My stay at Palm House was wonderful. I was in Cape Town for a quick business trip, and the hotel provided everything I needed. The room was small but very comfortable, with air-conditioning, luxury linen, a clean and modern bathroom, a coffee machine, and a bar fridge — plus a beautiful mountain view from my window. The facilities were lovely. I enjoyed my dinner, and breakfast was exceptional. I even managed to squeeze in a meeting in the beautiful grounds by the fountain. I will definitely stay again!

My only request is that the room could use a full-length mirror.

The hotel is a perfect spot for a long weekend or even a longer stay. The staff is outstanding and the food experience (especially in the restaurant De Table) was one of the best in my life!
