The car park is limited to 40 spaces for 63 rooms and available for GBP 15.00 per night. Breakfast is available on arrival for GBP 15.95 per person, otherwise breakfast will be charged at GBP 19.95 if taken on the day. There is a GBP 25 allowance per person per night in the restaurant, excluding drinks, for all half-board included bookings. Meals are available from Monday to Saturday 12:00-20:45 in Langton's. The Sunday lunch menu is available every Sunday from 12:00-20:00 along with the daily specials.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. "Pleasant comfortable stay with a great breakfast well worth it."

The breakfast was great, one of the best we have had when staying away. The hotel had a carpark, it was set away from the main road and our room was around the side. The property itself is well maintained the staff really friendly. For us it was great and I would stay again

I think we were close to the kitchens as the noise when they started breakfast was quite loud with all the fans. Also we were right next to a fire door that creaked like mad when people opened it so we kept getting woken up by it. The carpark would be better but it is expensive when you are a guest at the hotel. It should be heavily discounted if you are staying at the hotel. Now this might sound like a moan, I would just say that yes we would use the hotel again as the positives make it worthwhile

The staff were always keen to help and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble

We left a note on our door for the room to be made up about 9.30 but on getting back early evening nothing had been done.
