The property is in a beautiful location with amazing views and very quiet

There were people flying a VERY loud drone over the common area before 7 am. Incredibly distrustful of the peace of the surroundings, not sure why this was allowed. The microwave in our room did not work, which we found out after picking up food in town with the intent to rewarm it and eat it for dinner. Was too late to call and complain so the food kind of went to waste

Lovely gardens and pool and quiet location very close to airport. Free airport shuttle and included breakfast. Dinner was wonderful and staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed one night upon arrival and one night upon departure. Highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación para ir a conciertos/actividades en Parque Viva. Muy buen desayuno y el personal muy amable.

Beautiful property with lovely gardens to walk in with a great assortment of birds.

Many maintenance issues in our room. The door scraped along the floor so was extremely difficult to open and close(had to slam it shut). A drawer that wouldn't close. The toilet was extremely hard to flush and stuck. We each broke a nail trying to flush it!!!

The grounds and buildings. Overall, the environment was very appealing.

The breakfasts were great, but dinner quality was not as good.

The hotel is located near the airport, which makes it easy to relax upon arrival or before departure and ensures a smooth trip to the airport. The hotel grounds are big, very well maintained and offer a taste of Costa Rica’s beautiful natural scenery. Breakfast was very tasty. The property offers private, secure on-site parking. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful.
