Lokalizacja oraz restauracja

Niedostosowanie warunków noclegu do zakupionej ofert. Brak dodatkowej pościeli dla 3 osoby (otrzymana dopiero po kilkukrotnych prośbach od osoby z recepcji o godzinie 23; miejsce do spania dostawka - zły stan techniczny, w rezultacie 3 osoby na łóżku 2 osobowym). Zgłoszona reklamacja na drugi dzień przed wyjazdem do tej pory bez oddzewu ze strony hotelu.
