"Kaum Ruhe gefunden"

Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Ausgang erhalten. Da ich das Hotel bereits kenne, habe ich unmittelbar nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt. Leider wurde meine Anfrage vom Personal wenig entgegenkommend behandelt und mitgeteilt, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch leider sehr unangenehm. Durch die ständig laut zufallende Ausgangstür war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage besitzt, weshalb wir nachts das Fenster öffnen mussten. Dies war jedoch ebenfalls problematisch, da direkt vor unserem Fenster geraucht wurde und Rauch ins Zimmer zog. Enttäuschend fand ich zudem, dass beim Check-out keinerlei Nachfrage erfolgte, ob wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Insgesamt hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit gewünscht.
