Pool and Breakfast buffet were excellent. The view from the room was lovely.

The room was slightly dated. The location was great on the beach but I would have liked a more pleasant experience of the neighbourhood.

Lovely hotel, staff were lovely and super helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The pool area bathroom was lacking compared to the rest of the hotel.

Checkin awful - I had emailed ahead to ask for an early checkin, as our plane landed early. Had lots of problems sorting this. Spent a long time in reception getting this sorted. Rooms dated and in need of decoration. Looked unclean. Hairdryer rubbish - you have to hold a button down whilst drying. I have long hair, took double the amount of time it normally takes and had bruising on hand. Damaged hair. A hotel worker asked my colleague for her room number. When she complained, staff just laughed. I then complained to dept manager but never heard back from them?! I was woken a few times during the night, ie 4.30am member of staff banging on door with bags but had the wrong room. This happened a couple of times. Management said they would come back and update me, heard nothing again?! Prices ie food, drink, spa, etc very expensive, compared to local prices. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL

Der Meerblick vom Hotelzimmer war einfach ein Traum, das Personal super zuvorkommend. Wir wollen wirklich gerne wieder kommen.

Der Pool war sehr warm und daher nicht so erfrischend. Die fliegenden Händler waren zuweilen sehr aggressiv am verkaufen, das hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das etwas unterbunden wird.

Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlagen riesig und toll zum schwimmen und spielen.

Poolwasser teilweise zu schmutzig. Zimmer mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet jedoch sehr feucht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis etwas zu hoch angesetzt

Only stayed one night but the location on the beach was fabulous and the staff were very welcoming. The pool was lovely and big and the room was huge with a great bathroom.
