Clean, hotel grounds and pool area were kept immaculate, rooms and balcony were spacious. Always sunbeds available morning or afternoon.

We paid to rent a highchair and it wasn’t there on arrival and didn’t turn up until the following evening despite us reminding reception.

Very good location, friendly staff, clean pool area, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent communication and request for adjoining rooms was honoured, couldn’t fault our stay there.

We stayed at this hotel with our two children and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including dishes, pots, plates, and cutlery, which made our stay even more comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful and very family-friendly. There are plenty of attractions, small shops, and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket is just a few minutes away. If I were to visit Mallorca again, I would definitely choose Cala d'Or. It is a beautiful town with stunning beaches and a wonderful atmosphere. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend both the hotel and the area to other families.
