Upgrade naar ruimere kamer

Overal gedateerd. Eerste kamer keek uit op parkeerplaats / werkplaats. Douche in bad zonder vermelding op website. Geluid luchthaven merkbaar. Geen fijn bed. Te hoge horeca prijzen voor kwaliteit en service. Enorm slechte bediening in restaurant wat pretendeert Michelin status te hebben.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, unsere Suite war im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut ausgestattet, Frühstück und Terrasse wunderbar.

Aus der Klimaanalage im zweiten Zimmer unserer Familiensuite hat es leider sehr stark gestunken (nach Hundekot) weshalb wir diese Klimaanlage nicht nutzen konnten (es hatte aber jeden Tag über 30 Grad) und erst am Tag vor unserer Abreise kam ein Techniker um sich das Problem anzusehen, obwohl am ersten Tag bemängelt. Für so ein Problem sollte in einem 5 Sterne Haus sofort jemand kommen, der Gestank war wirklich unerträglich und für den bezahlten Preis darf eine funktionierende Klimaanlage erwartet werden.
