"Good for one or two nights"

Staff was helpful and friendly. Half French and half English is working in France. 🙂 Breakfast is very good, worth for the money but you get only one croissant per person (8.5 Euros per person). Location is 10/10, everything is in walking distance in Bourg-Saint-Andéol.

The room smelled a bit strange (I felt the same smell in some hotels in India). The furniture and equipment in the room looked like if they bought them from here and there. The hotel has a place for the bikes but don't be surprised when on the other day you find your bike 'respected' by some doves, haha!

"An excellent stay in BSA"

A 2-star hotel in Bourg Saint Andeol, a remote place in France, really exceeded my expectations. I thought the room would be very cramped, but it pretty big with one double bed and one sigle bed. It had a TV, a fridge, a microwave and a decent private bathroom. The facilities were not the best, but I really did not expect so much when I booked. There was a small bar on the ground floor and a restaurant. The dinner was pretty good, but the breakfast was just normal. I expected some eggs in the breakfast but sadly it was not there. At 8 euro, the breakfast was decent. I made good friendship with the owner, Mr. Fabien Martinez, who was very nice and made me feel at ease in a new non-descript place like Bourg Saint Andeol. He was cordial and very humble inspite of a very good background. In short, a nice decent hotel in BSA. Thanks, Fabien, for all your courtesy and help.

1. The hotel does not have an elevator, rather it has a staircase for two floors, which could be a problem for elderly person or persons with heavy luggage. 2. The hotel rooms could have been cleaner. 3. The bath towels could have been bigger.

Restaurant was pretty good, nice location. The reception staff could be a little more enthusiastic for sure :) but for the price it was fine.
