Somos recepcionados pelos proprietários do Hotel, que nos recebem com cortesia, amabilidade e presteza!Nos fazem sentirmos em casa! Café da manhã acolhedor e saboroso! As meninas do café e da limpeza muito educadas e atenciosas! Sempre atentas a reposição dos itens do café da manhã! A localização do Hotel é fantástica para os nossos interesses, tendo nas proximidades variados transportes, cafeteiras, restaurantes e até 2 teatros. Recomendo demais a hospedagem no Hotel Portuense! Já é a nossa segunda vez estivemos lá! Precisei guardar uma medicação refrigerada e como no quarto nao tem frigobar, a recepção nao poupou esforços para guardá-la nas dependências do hotel e ainda me lembrando de levá‐la no dia do check-out.

"Ideal for a city break"

Great location, close to main attractions and with easy access to the train station and many bus and tram stops. Clean room, small but good enough when you are on a city break. Great wifi. There is luggage storage after you check out. All the basics avalaible at breakfast. Close to a variety of restaurants.

Small improvments like a soap holder or more variety at breakfast would be welcome.
