Wir haben nach dem herzlichen Empfang durch die Besitzerin (man spricht deutsch) fürstlich residiert und das mittelalterliche Ambiente, das mit viel Geschmack und Einfühlungsvermögen an den Komfort der Neuzeit angepasst wurde, sehr genossen. Service, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis TOP.

Gemütliches Hotel in alt ehrwürdigen Mauern. - Sehr speziell! Perfektes WLAN, genügnd Parkplätze, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück viel etwas spartanisch aus.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Frühstück typisch italienisch (nicht sehr umfangreich) und leider kein Hotel für Abendessen in direkter Nähe.

Très bel endroit, très calme. Appartement complet et literie parfaite.Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner. On y retournera ...

I stayed here for 3 nights when on business trip. The place is a gem, 14th century castle refurbished with modern amenities. Though quite old; rooms , furniture and ambiance looks great, especially if you love old fashioned architecture and buildings. Staff is great, very helpful, always cheerful and friendly. I liked their breakfast in bed service, it saves time and you feel pampered, hardly imaginable in Europe. Breakfast was good with healthy options and good portions. On the final day, they offered breakfast in a common room - I don;t know why? They have a kitchen in the apartment, use on chargeable basis. I did not use it, but I think all the facilities were there in the kitchen, including cutlery. We used their make shift meeting facility, but place seems more family friendly then for business purpose. Though, I understood from our Italian friends that this is better than any other option for business purpose - I really don't know as I am not much informed about he neighborhood. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will stay again...

My husband and I recently stayed at castello La Rochetta for a two week holiday. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

It is an old castle in little village. Was there on a business trip for one night. My room was an apartment like two room suite. Very out of ordinary. Beautifully decorated with old furnitures both in and out of the room. Loved high ceilings of the room. Nice little garden around the hotel. Very quiet too. We were asked to fill out a form to choose our breakfast choices and indicate a preferred time. Choices were rich but breakfast is served in the room only. If the weather permits, it is also possible to have it in the garden but it is not a proper breakfast setting. I would think that a breakfast room with a setting matching the style and the quality of hotel would serve better to my travel taste. Otherwise, it is an excellent place and would be my choice of accomodation next time as well.

Peaceful rural setting but close to Biella which has more amenities - a good contrast from Milano where we had been staying previously

Best place to stay if you are going through Biella [a lovely town with a few days worth of sightseeing activities in the city/area]. This place is relaxing and beautiful with just the right amount of customer service; that is, it is perfect when you need it! Great family set-up, even for young kids. Lovely, magical, highly recommended.

Without a doubt the best place to stay in this region of Italy. This is a 14th century castle which has been refurbished to all it's glory. Was so impressed by it's charm and beauty. I will definitely recommend it to anybody who is travelling to this part of Italy. The service was amazing, very well taken care of. Fantastic facilities. Will definitely come back over and over again. The perfect place to relax and unwind. AMAZING. I will forever have great memories of this beautiful place with the view of the alps out your window. A ++++. Please visit! A must!
