Personal spticht nicht oder sehr schlecht deutsch. Trotz vorheriger Zusage gab es keine glutenfreie Kost zum Frühstück. Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Platz im Zimmer für zwei Personen.

Lage optimal zum Ausflugsziel Tropical Islands Flexibel hinsichtlich Check-In-Zeit

- Zimmer super kalt - wir haben gefroren. Heizung lief nur minimal - nachts gar nicht - Personal unfreundlich - Frühstücksauswahl enttäuschend - Billigwurst und Käse. Weiße Aufbackbrötchen, Knäckebrot, Toast und ein paar Volkornscheiben. Wenigstens Rührei und Eier. Auf Nachfrage, ob es warme Milch für das Müsli gibt, wurde stattdessen die Joghurtschüssel augefüllt. Daher: Für 126 Euro die Nacht zu teuer.
