Fijne locatie voor een safari in Yala, heel fijn zwembad, mooie schone kamers en heerlijk relaxe sfeer. Gastvrij personeel.

Locatie en park hadden een fijne sfeer en leuke opzet.

Het eten viel wat tegen ten opzichte van de prijs. Zeker het a la cart eten viel erg tegen.

Un grand plus +++ pour un accueil exceptionnel, Le personnel est vraiment de qualité , de l’accueil , restauration …, tous le monde . L’hotel est agréable , la piscine est très belle , les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses .

Pool and reception staff

HUGE CONSTRUCTION WORK IS going on here please be aware!!!! Your stay will be very noisy and yellow tape and concrete and builders everywhere! We’re a couple from the UK and found this hotel had a lot of problems. You are in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to walk to so after the safari we had two nights and we were bored. It would have been ok if the restaurant was lovely but the food and service are pretty awful. we could not even get a drink by the pool. It’s a shame because the staff at the front desk and the check in experience is wonderful then it goes down hill. Tens of staff in the restaurant just ignored us when we tried to get a drink. Supposed to be a four star hotel yet they did not have white wine? For two days I asked for white wine as it’s the only drink I like. Nothing! Later on the manager brought us fruit and a glass of wine to say sorry but this was too late. Everything is dated and run down and worn. Towels have stains on and stains on walls in room. Needs money spending on it! We stayed in much nicer places in Sri Lanka that were much cheaper unfortunately. I have had no response to my formal complaint.

Mooi resort met goed zwembad, mooie huisjes, vriendelijke mensen.

Buiten het resort is er verder weinig. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om op safari te gaan maar verder is er niets.

Ottima accoglienza. Stanza ampia e letto pulito.

Bagno spazioso, ma non pulitissimo L'acqua della doccia non era molto calda.
