Room was a great size, bathroom was huge for a hotel and had a bath! Staff were great, checking in that everything was okay in our room. Great location for a concert we were attending.

"Superb"

The location to The Trust arena was awesome. It was warm and friendly. The staff were very friendly. Especially the lady what we were talking to at the end while waiting for the shuttle.

The mattress was a little to hard. But not a major. As everyone has a different preference on mattress firmness. Maybe upgrade the vending machine to take cards as well.
