The stay at Randholee turned into a very poor experience. The staff of the hotel is forever asking for payment in cash in every service you take or any place you visit. Repeatedly telling us that water bottles cost money. Eating in hotel costs cash, repetitively reminding us. Not a professional staff at all, neither well trained. If they are so worried about cash from international travelers, they should stop running a luxury resort. Extremely poor experience overall.

Et fint ophold i en dejlig by. Hotellet har en skøn udsigt over byen og personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Renlighed er helt OK, dog ikke perfekt. Der er et stykke ned til byen, men det under 20kr med Tuk-tuk til byen. Varme anbefalinger herfra.

From previous reviews, I can only assume there is new management as the staff and food were so much worse than anyone mentioned in previous years. Very disappointed. Food was particularly unappetising at every mail for 3 days: we ended p eating store-bought snacks rather than eat there. Jacuzzi on the balcony and size of the room were great but for the rest, it was not good.
L'hôtel est très bien. Chambre spacieuse, la vue est magnifique depuis la chambre mais aussi depuis la piscine qui était très agréable.Seule petite déception, le restaurant est tout à fait correct mais peu de choix et nourriture très simple.
Room furnishing poor quality; dirty bath room; torn and smelling towels; there is nothing good to talk about this hotel. Charged for breakfast even though it was included in base room rate; and list goes on...................
This hotel is fine but not luxury as stated on their website. The room was big and comfortable however the carpet and curtains could do with cleaning. Food was average, would’ve expected more of local choices rather than the more westernised options (especially breakfast). The pool looked nice for photos but up close was quite dirty with a lot of leaves (unavoidable given overhanging trees) but also some dead bugs, wasn’t appealing for swimming. Staff very friendly! Overall fine for short stay!
