Holiday Inn Express & Suites Del Rio by IHG

I always have a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Del Rio! Everyone is so friendly, they always remember me and take great care of me! During this visit, I had a great experience with Teresa at breakfast, she always makes sure I’m happy and well fed! I feel so safe at this hotel, everything is always clean and there’s never any issues.

The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, loved having a suite with a livingroom, the room was big! The staff was excellent. Liked the liquid hand soap in the bathroom, liked the handheld shower head.

The light in the center of the bathroom was burned out so lighting not great in the bathroom. They did not have wash cloths at all, no soap or body wash for the shower, needed better lighting in the room. One elevator which makes it hard when you have a luggage cart.

We checked in at around 4pm one of the rooms was not ready. No big deal we unloaded in the other room that was ready. At night the they had music playing at the entrance of the lobby. Our room was right next to the speaker. If the AC was not on the music didn’t let you sleep. I told the front desk at checkout that the music was terrible and I couldn’t sleep. They said they would

The breakfast was great, my family enjoyed it after a long evening at a wedding in Del Rio! Excellent facilities! AC blew cold, shower ran hot and the beds were very comfortable.
