Manager & die neue Rezeptionistin waren hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend. Das Personal im Restaurant waren wie Zwangsarbeiter , sehr unfreundlich. Waren vor 8 Jahren da, und es war eine andere Welt. Hat sich von 4* auf 2* Reduziert. Hinterlässt einen vernachlästigten eindruck.

Хороший завтрак, шведский стол, территория, бассейны

Бронировали через Букинг, просили заранее предоставить нижние этажи т.к. ехали с ребенком 3 года и бабушкой, по приезду дали самый высокий этаж 6, на балконах там везде очень широкие расстояния между пустотками из нержавейки что опасно для жизни маленького ребёнка мы просили поменять нам номера на бунгало, администратор разводила руками типо всё занято при том,что букинг показывал что бунгало есть свободные...имейте ввиду если едите с маленькими детьми, нам пришлось покупать скотч и перекручивать балконные перила...кстати очень много конфликтов по поводу размещения.Отель чисто русский, в основном от туроператоров с вытекающими последствиями...по поводу клуба на территории..пения птиц вы не услышите с утра и примерно до 9 вечера там долбит музыка, по еде...вокруг мало кафе,всё тайская еда для ребёнка прям проблема. только в одном нашли спагетти ....к джомтьену не дойти пешком никак там речка только постоянно вызывать такси и ехать в окружную. Совет, если всё-таки будете рассматривать этот отель для поездки- берите бунгало они через дорогу в саду.
